Banana and coconut sweet dessert

Coconut Banana, Pisang Rai, is one of traditional Balinese heritage snack. Usually eaten for breakfast along with tea or coffee, its also perfect snack at anytime.

The bananas are first coated in a homemade batter of rice flour, boiled/steamed and then toppled over with fresh grated coconut and raw brown sugar.
